The incredibly gorgeous and talented Sierra Boggess.
I referenced a picture of her with one of her fans. I thought her makeup and hair were so prettily done, I had to draw it (of course I cropped the fan out so I wouldn't feel creepy saving it on my computer).
Anyway, this was hand-drawn on paper and then colored in Photoshop.
